WE ARE INDUSTRY LEADERS OF SPECIALIZED TRAINING

At Xceleration Sports Training, all of our athletes and clients receive an individualized program design based on the results of an initial one-on- one evaluation. A program is then developed based on the needs of the individual, athletic, and physical deficits found during the evaluation, as well as the consideration of the sports physical demands.

Our semi-private training format guarantees an athlete-to-coach ratio of 3:1 and no more than 5:1. This provides an environment that breeds the secrets of unstoppable motivation, boundless self-confidence, and limitless success.

Every athlete has different needs and therefore all CANNOT be trained exactly alike. Upon starting Xceleration’s program every athlete is individually assessed and evaluated.

Past and present injury status, specific sport(s), musculoskeletal screening, training experience, and training age all are all thoroughly examined.
Once the athlete has been assessed it gives our coaching staff a blueprint in which to work off enabling us to design a personalized program design to meet his/her needs.

Xceleration Sports Training Inc. is accepting applications for internships.
Applicant will gain hands on experience as strength and conditioning professional.

They will assist the staff in the implementation of strength, speed, and rehabilitation programs to our clientele, as well as assist in the day to day operation and administration of the training facility.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are a must for this position.

Results take time, but if you’re consistent, they will come. If you are a beginner, results will come fairly quickly; even in only 30 days, you may start to see a difference in your strength and overall fitness. The key to long-term development is consistency throughout the year both in season and out of season. That is where you will see lasting results.
Yes. We like to organize our fitness classes into small groups, as this allows you to meet others. Many of our athletes have become lifelong friends after meeting here.
We develop the athlete and the person. We want to create long-lasting positive habits that the athlete can take with them long after their playing career has finished.
We have 2 options to choose from. Our in-season training is a 2 day a week training program that spans the length of their sports season. Our off-season training is a 3 day a week training program that spans the length of their sports season.
Yes, we offer pre-workout, intra-workout (during), and post-workout drinks for athletes to purchase.
We as coaches understand the responsibility and trust that athletes & parents give to us to have a positive impact onto them or their child very seriously. We know that athletes can spend upwards of 144 hours a year with us (3 sessions a week for a year) and we see that as 144 times to have a positive impact on them not only physically but also mentally.
We take all major credit cards and debit cards. We do not accept personal checks.
The session starts myofascial release (foam rolling) and then leads into with a warm-up to get the athlete’s body ready for work to be done during the session. Following the warm-up, the athlete goes into the plyometric and speed training portion to improve their explosive power, speed, and agility. Next, the athlete moves into the strength training component of training, which may include exercises such as squats, deadlifts, and bench presses, as well as accessory exercises to target specific muscle groups. The session may conclude with a conditioning component (Determined based on the athlete’s time of year/season and their goals), which might include high-intensity interval training (HIIT), tempo run, or endurance exercises, depending on the athlete’s specific needs.
Yes, our coaches are certified to offer nutrition guidance to all of our athletes.
