Selective Training
SPECIALIZATION IS CRITICAL
Every athlete has different needs and therefore all CANNOT be trained exactly alike. Upon starting Xceleration’s program every athlete is individually assessed and evaluated. Past and present injury status, specific sport(s), musculoskeletal screening, training experience, and training age all are all thoroughly examined. Once the athlete has been assessed it gives our coaching staff a blueprint in which to work off enabling us to design a personalized program design to meet his/her needs. NO GIMMICKS or COOKIE CUTTER PROGRAMS!
